A CRY FROM THE OCEAN

I made this short film about whales and dolphins on my home computer. We are so blessed to have these beautiful creatures on our planet and I felt the need to make a film that I hope will help everyone to understand why it is so important that we respect the whales and dolphins and keep them safe.

I am very grateful to all the photographers who I found on flickr who generously gave their permission to use their beautiful photographs of whales and dolphins in order for me to make this film.

I also want to thank Anahata who allowed me to use his amazing music for the film which has moved so many people. It is my sincere wish that it will move all those people on the planet who continue to hunt and kill whales and dolphins to stop doing this.

ABOUT THE FILM

"Point Blank" is the first short film that I have written, directed and produced. I dedicated this film to 'Unity Within Diversity'.
It's a quirky comedy that deals with the subject of interpretation. In particular, how different our understanding can be of a great spiritual text.

It does seem that many of the problems we face in our relationships with people, are due to how we interpret something. Knowledge is structured in consciousness which means that we will interpet anything we are given according to our state of development at the time. This naturally leads to many different interpretations of the same thing.

It is my sincere wish that all beings on the planet find a way to live peacefully together despite our many differences. With this goal in mind, I made this little film in the hope that by its viewing it may open up a small door in the direction of a greater peace for all humanity.
